Orikero Creation Guide: Looks
Keronians do come in many varieties. They can be just about any color you can imagine and can wear all kinds of accessories or clothes if you really want them too.
Naming can be tricky or not depending on what you want to do. The preferred names are usually three syllables long. (Keroro, Tamama, Kururu, Giroro, Dororo and so on.) However, it is okay to stray from this.
On the subject of naming, it's probably best to avoid re-using a canon's name but there is nothing wrong with using a name that is already taken by another orikero. Why? How many aliens do you think

You'll notice that I am completely ignoring looks at this time. There are some few things about the Keronian's looks that can be Sue-type traits, but that doesn't matter quite as much as the profile content at this given time. (Yes there are such things as "recolors" and other things that don't make sense, but I will get into those some other time!)
I am also ignoring canonXoc relationships at this time.
These profiles were written off the top of my head. If I accidently used a name that you used I am willing to change it if you ask politely. I don't want to unintentionally tarnish any characters'

Character Creation Assistance
"I want to create a character, but where do I begin?"
First of all, there are a lot of terms you must familiarize yourself with. This will help you to fit in among the fanfiction community.
Orikero: The term used to identify a Keronian character. It is a combination of the term OC and the species Keronian.
OC: Short for "original character"
Cannon: A character that is already in existence among the original series from which your fanfiction is based.
Cannon Rape: Violating a cannon or using it without the permission of it's creator in a way that would clearly be unacceptable.
Mary-Sue: Female character who is perfect in every way, has eithe

Background: What does your character do for a living and why? Is he/she a student, is he/she in the Space Invasion Army, Mercenary, Botanist, Teacher, Nurse? Why is he/she that?
Ever seen those summaries of a movie in the back of the packaging? Short, sweet and to the point. If there is a small story where your character is involved this would be a nice place to add a summary of it.
Name: Their given name along with any nicknames.
Etymology: What's the meaning behind the name. For example, Beroro's name comes from the name Roberto

1. Try to refrain from simply approaching a character, or just claiming to walk by the character you wish to speak with. For some characters, it is flatly out of character for them to openly converse with others, and it always makes it easier to continue a roleplay of the person starting shows initiative and interest by putting thought into the post. If the roleplay is something you want, than it is up to you to begin it properly.

Guide to making Creative, Original, Decent OriKeros:
Note: I'll be comparing my OriKeros to the typical 'Mary-Sue'. So please, don't copy this tutorial for your character.
First off, let's start with some vocabulary you will be seeing through-out this tutorial.
OriKero: A combination of the words Original Character and Keronian.
Original Character: A character of any sort that you came up.
Keronian: An alien from the anime "Keroro Gunsou/ SGT. Frog".
Mary-Sue: A character with no flaws that's good at everything and that everyone loves.
Gary-Stu: Male version of a Mary-Sue.
Original/Originality: Something YOU came up with, by yourself. (It'
